Role & Responsibilities Reporting to VP of Marketing, EMEA & APAC, our Director of APAC Marketing will be responsible for scaling the APAC marketing team while focusing on end-to-end success of all demand creation strategies, including campaigns, field and events marketing, ABM and strategic accounts marketing for the APAC region. Our Director of APAC Marketing will work hand in hand with sales leadership in the APAC region to understand the revenue goals of the organization and to deliver the demand frameworks that will enable Neo4j to achieve those goals. Significant revenue is driven through the APAC region - we are looking for a strategic leader who can accelerate this growth and bring innovation to the marketing team. Key Deliverables Further scale a fully-integrated, world-class demand generation function capable of driving repeatable lead flow from major accounts in APAC. Manage and optimise the end-to-end lead development process jointly with marketing and sales operations. Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand marketing activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length. Own the strategy and ROI of our APAC field organization, and events marketing programs, determining where to place the investments to maximise our revenue and set the local field teams up for success. Drive lead generation through ABM programs, strategic field motions, and live/virtual events. Bring a metrics/ROI focused approach to demand generation and know how to generate leads and track to closed loop. Leverage demand generation programs built in collaboration with integrated marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition through business and customer insights. Work with the Web/Digital team to optimise conversion - implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process. Manage and evolve a world-class APAC field & demand team. Empower the team to grow and thrive. Implement a marketing operating model for APAC that collaborates closely with global marketing functions and local GTM colleagues to execute against the regional business priorities and global marketing initiatives. Qualifications A demand & field marketing oriented career defined by progressively expanding leadership roles in successful/recognizable B2B technology companies. Ability to communicate at the executive level to lead and manage many projects with cross-functional stakeholders, while having tremendous attention to detail. Problem-solver, strategic thinker, business acumen and the ability to find creative ways to analyse, strategise, and optimise performance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal. Roll up the sleeves attitude; we are looking for a player-coach and a business partner that is data-driven and highly analytical. Proven track record of leading a high performing team that creates and executes strategically.
