Regional HR Organizational Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify HR challenges in the whole organization thru statistics based on employee engagement/satisfaction, attrition, and promotion.
- Review and improve existing HR strategies and execution and align it with business needs thru objective feedbacks so improvements can be recommended.
- Review organizational structure and identify critical areas which affect its effectiveness such as culture, practices and policies, leadership behavior, etc.
- Review the current performance management system; improve and change as needed and implement throughout the whole organization. Ensure that people and KPIs are connected towards achieving the Companys’ objectives. Set-up performance metrics on result and competency areas that is critical to each position.
- Ensure that job descriptions are aligned based on competencies and levels required for each position. Develop, implement and improve performance and competency frameworks. Review regularly to ensure alignment to descriptions and grading levels.
- Align the Managers in the organization towards the business’ operating values such as vision, mission and leadership brand. Implement measures to improve, monitor and follow through as necessary. Provide coaching if needed.
- Work with all HRD Managers and conduct training needs analysis in order to identify improvement areas and strengthen the skillset of the employees and ensure that it can support the organizations’ needs. Develop and implement the organizations’ training program and calendar. Reinforce the strength of the organizations’ structure through a solid Training and Succession Program.
- Through all HRD Mangers, create an efficient career pathing for each position and identify high potential talents within the organization. Ensure that all employees are informed of the career opportunities available internally.
- Work closely with all HRD Managers in the organization and ensure that all HR strategies, campaigns and policies are implemented.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development, Psychology, Business Management or any related field.
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the same capacity. Experience in the same or related industry is an advantage.
- Solid exposure in organizational development, people strategy, performance management, talent management is required.
- Excellent presentation, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with good command in the English language (written and verbal)
- Should be detail oriented, analytic, and able to excel in a collaborative global environment
- Ideally has experience in working across languages and cultures
- Willing to travel
