This role will be primarily responsible for leading employee engagement strategies to communicate the content strategy and directional changes of PA’s BSR. This includes all efforts including the conceptualization and creation of high-level creative communications assets and content planning to effectively onboard all PA’s internal stakeholders.

As AD (Brand Strategy), your role is to enact change by understanding the drivers of human behaviour & dynamics of organisations, utilizing strategic insights on how PA can shape and communicate its brand strategy to internal audiences based on data analysis and market research.

With a firm understanding of PA and its key stakeholder audiences, you will develop effective strategies to map out and drive strategic engagements to implement change processes and operations throughout PA in relation to its brand purpose and policy.

**Organisational Transformation**
- Identify the current gaps required to enact change and fulfill the brand promise refreshed brand positioning
- Establish processes and systems to enable PA staff to deliver on the brand promise with an understanding of the roles and responsibilities to be shifted to improve the effectiveness of an organization to deliver on the brand promise
- Work with relevant Divisions and stakeholders to establish suitable frameworks to enable the development of desired behaviors to deliver on the brand promise
- Gather data to measure brand recognition and engagement to discover trends and insights to develop a successful brand strategy

**Brand Strategy and Positioning**
- Support the development of the refreshed PA brand strategy, helping to shape the narrative
- Finetune the PA Brand narrative and stories to create strong brand positioning across online and offline channels
- Support the conceptualization and implementation of brand marketing campaigns
- Advocate branding best practices and the use of appropriate market insights and data to inform brand strategies.

**Brand Training**
- Lead the coordination and roll-out of whole-of-PA brand training in consultation with the appointed vendor and relevant stakeholders
- Strengthen brand coherence and leadership by identifying key training efforts to align internal organizational culture to PA’s brand identity, purpose and policy.
- Help to drive and onboard PA staff and stakeholders towards its brand identity as well as updated brand policies, guidelines and best practices.
