**Job Title**: Director’s Assistant (Operations)

**Location**: Singapore

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**:SGD $2,000 per month** (starting) +Annual bonus by year-end performance

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist the Director in Daily Operations**: Provide general support to the Director in managing various business tasks and priorities.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as a communication link between the Director and the internal architect team.
- Coordinate with overseas developers and external partners to ensure smooth project management and timely updates.
- **Office Administration**: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, ensuring the office environment runs smoothly, and handling administrative duties.
- **Support HR, Finance**: Assist in managing administrative duties related to HR, Finance
- **Calendar and Task Management**: Help manage the Director’s schedule, prioritize tasks, and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare reports, handle paperwork, and ensure proper documentation for both operational and communication purposes.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma** in Business, Operations,HR, Marketing
- **1-2 years** of experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, and ability to manage correspondence with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in supporting senior management or directors.
- Familiarity with the architecture or development industry is a plus.
