This role:
The primary focus of this role is to provide outstanding technical support to Convera corporate clients. You will acquire an in-depth insight into our products to provide a 1st class technical support & implementation service, to achieve a resolution to technical issues affecting clients, while retaining and increasing revenue.
- Providing direct troubleshooting support to clients and client facing employees, liaising with technical support teams to achieve resolution to technical issues affecting clients
- Conduct discovery workshops with clients and design the appropriate solution to meet client requirements
- Assisting to identify and implement client process improvement opportunities through technical enhancements and standardisation of business processes
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) representing customers within the APAC region
- Input to new Product feature design
- full training on Convera and its products will be provided.
You will ideally have:
- Technical Customer Service experience in a busy call center environment - we want you to be passionate about providing an amazing level of service
- Experience of providing technical support, from any industry
- Excellent written and spoken English & Mandarin is a must have
- You must display a passion for delivering first class levels of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player and can-do attitude that wants to learn
- Cantonese language skills is a bonus, but not essential
