Personal Computer Environment

PC Operating System / Application Platform
- Windows 10 and higher -MS Office 365 and higher, Lotus Notes 9 and higher -MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access;
Programming Languages
- Lotus Notes ver 9.xx or higher, Lotus Script, Java, Java EE, Java Script, XML Script, HTML5

Have at least three (3) years' post graduate experience working with PCs and Printers;
Have at least three (3) years' post graduate experience using DOS, MS Windows 10 Administration.

Have at least one (1) year post graduate experience using Ms Office Macro scripting and Powershell scripting

Have at least three (3) years’ post graduate experience working in Microsoft Network environment (Workgroups, Windows Domains and ActiveDirectory).

Have at least three (3) years’ post graduate experience working with PC related hardware, software and other peripherals;

Common commercial software packages (including but not limited to)
- Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome
- Microsoft Office 2019/2021 Professional is an advantage;
- Microsoft Visual Basic.Net (Visual Basic 2017) and above;
- Microsoft Visio 2019 and above;
- Microsoft Project 2019 and above;
- Adobe Acrobat DC 2017 and above;
- Adobe Photoshop CS5 and above;
- Microsoft Windows Scripting

Be able to speak clearly and possess good telephony skills and proficiency in providing onsite and telephone based technical support.

Prepare PCs and peripherals for usage by the staff in the Information Services Group;
Relocate PCs and peripherals within the office;

Conduct research and search for relevant information from the Internet and prepare evaluation reports as requested by the supervisor;
Conduct stock check on PCs and peripherals and housekeep the hardware and media stores;
Participate in Disaster Recovery activities eg simulation at Disaster Recovery sites

Assist in the setup, configuration and maintenance of PCs for the onboarding to Microsoft Endpoint Manager
