**Position: Technical Helpdesk Engineer**

**Duration: Permanent**

**Location: Singapore
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic troubleshooting based on SOP and guides
- Escalate tickets to next level and ensure resolution within Service Level Agreement
- Ensure that all customer queries and any follow-up interactions are logged into CRM accurately and timely.
- Proactively escalate query trends or potential issues to team leader Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- ITE/Diploma in computer science or information technology field or related field
- 3 years of working experience in Technical Helpdesk operation
- Prior experience in Government Technology agency will be an added advantage
