COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.
DESIGNATION : IT Helpdesk and Support Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist System administrators in daily IT Operational Tasks
- Provide IT technical supports to end users in both PC Hardware and software
- Handle all IT equipment maintenance agreements and co-ordinate with vendors for system maintenance activities.
- Maintain IT Hardware and Software inventory & asset tracking
- Assists in sourcing and purchasing hardware and software to support company IT systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent in relevant discipline.
- Possess basic server & network skills
- Ability to perform PC hardware and software trouble-shooting with experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools.
- Knowledge in MS Windows & MS Offices, RF/PDA, Printers, APs, Network Equipment, oblems, ndoservers
