Business Development Manager works closely with regional sales and business development to plan and strategies for Cybersecurity business growth. This role is responsible for supporting regional sales and customer on providing consultancy and driving new pipeline opportunities through prospecting, pre-qualifying leads, setting discovery meeting, and increase the PoC till order realization. He will work closely with Security pre-sales and delivery team based in India for the pre-sales and successful implementation. Key focus area is Drive Growth for Yokogawa Global OT-IT Security Operation Centre. Key Responsibilities - Develop strategy to grow Cybersecurity business - Drive pipeline growth through promotional Security activities - Understand customer need and strategies the approach in agile manner - Identify partner in respective region and develop the strategic partnership to support business growth - Develop presentation for Cybersecurity and strategies the value proposition and competitive differentiation clearly and concisely Essential Skills - Strong knowledge on Cybersecurity and the security term such as network, vulnerable etc. - Knowledgeable and experience with Security Governance and Security Compliance - Knowledge on Security technology and tools such as Claroty, etc - Understand security regulation and standards - Able to work independent as well as part of the team **Requirements**: - Familiar with Sales and Pre-Sales process - Highly multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn due to security start-up environment - Ability to thrive on agile environment - Build relationship for interaction with cross function team - Work with regional sales on marketing video creation when is required - Involve on technical and commercial Proposal to identify the scope, risk, T&C and pricing with the support from proposal and pre-sales team. - Conduct workshop / seminar for Cybersecurity - Excellent presentation skill and customer centric Personal Attributes - Innovative and problem solver - Enjoy with dynamic change (start-up mode) - Attend to detail - Calm on handling sales and customer feedback - Effective Communication Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
