**Core Responsibilities**:
Custodian and advocate for all service excellence matters
- Service Training
- Conduct the on-boarding of new joiners, refresher training of existing staff
- Develop materials for toolbox service briefing
- Awards and recognition
- Keep track of compliments, complaints, service awards
- Identify and review service gaps based on feedback/complaints/ compliments received and propose service initiatives and training programme for continuous improvement
- Service driven Communications and Initiatives
- Conceptualise new campaigns in engaging the workforce for the service transformation
- Devise ways to engage staff to adopt the service initiatives
- Ability to design in-house posters to engage staff
- Support in the newsletter writing, editing and design work
- Support for Business matters
- Follow up with billing matters
- Build rapport and establish good working relationship with client (s)
- Business leads and proposals (include write up and presentation)

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences):

- Degree from a recognized university is preferred
- Experience in Service Quality
- Experience in Project Management
- IT knowledge is an added advantage (Digital savvy, able to produce simple videos, apps)
- Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin
- Resourceful and process good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
- Adaptable to change and a good team player
- Good PC skills, especially in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Publisher, Powerpoint)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
