**Job Description**:

- Answer all incoming calls efficiently and promptly in a professional manner.
- Direct calls to guest rooms, associates, or departments through the switchboard or PABX system accurately.
- Place outgoing calls accordingly.
- Provide paging services for hotel guests, receive guest messages and deliver to guests' needs accordingly.
- Log all wake-up call requests and program wake-up call accurately.
- Provide information about hotel services to guests.
- Monitor automated systems including fire alarms and telephone equipment and coordinate calls closely with ADEMCO upon fire alarm activation.
- Assist in reporting telephone equipment or service complaints and problems.
- Adhere to all health and safety, fire and bomb threat procedures.
- Keep records of calls placed and received by all departments and record call charges.
- Update directory information on the front office software.
- Provide relay service for hearing-impaired guests.
- Check all PABX trunk lines weekly to ensure they are in working condition.
- Attend monthly department meetings and prepare monthly reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum O levels or Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
- Possesses problem solving and organizational abilities
- Able to work rotating shifts, on weekends and public holiday
