Business Development and Sales Executive

2 years exp **Roles & Responsibilities** - Plan and execute company-wide marketing strategy, including, but not limited to digital marketing, B2B, B2C, C2C - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media - Conduct market research and build prospect database - Attend to enquiries from potential participants / walk-ins - Nurture a strong client base, playing an active role in framework. - SELL HCS courses and Career advisory services. **Job Requirements**: - Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business administration or equivalent - 1-2 years of sales or relevant experience - Proficiency in languages, and excellent negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills, - Ready to work in fast paced environment, self-organised and takes initiative - Prior experience in the education/training/events/marketing industry an advantage Our compensation package values initiative and performance with a high incentive ranging from 50% to more than 100% of the basic. **About Human Capital (Singapore)** Human Capital (Singapore) ("HCS") is the national Continuing Education & Training (CET) Centre for the Human Resource Workforce Skills Qualifications (HR WSQ) framework.
