Maids Central Pte Ltd is a Growing maid agency in Singapore that pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We are constantly expanding and looking for like-minded individuals to grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:
- Arrange and conduct interviews with employers and maids
- Achieve sales target set by the company
- Make sure after sales follow-up services is good handling
- Middleman between employer and maid; do counselling maid
- Handle administrative work pertaining to clients. Such as forms fill up, documents filing etc
- To be Familiar with MOM rules and regulations; Must not do against MOM/government's rules thing.
**Requirements**:
- At least a Master Degree
- Minimum of four years recruiting experience in external/ internal recruitment
- Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to develop successful business partner relationships at all levels of an organization
- Business acumen, the ability to understand how the position s/he is recruiting for fits into the business/department.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices
- Able to work independently
- Responsible for day to day customer and sales enquiries
- Good interpersonal skills
