**About the role**:
What you will be doing:

- Source and forge alliances with new channel partners globally and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Coordinate with BD & Sales team to deliver and meet partner expectations.
- Act as a bridge for communication between the partners and the BD & Sales team.
- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
- Ensure alignment to Rules of Engagement when coordinating with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
- Coordinate with channel partner champion/lead to maximize sales.
- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
- Drive and manage channel sales and marketing campaigns.
- Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
- Build channel partner sales into the next revenue pillar

What you will bring:

- Prior experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success in building strategic partnerships
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions
- Highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem-solver
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, Certification in Project Management will be a bonus
- Familiar with ESG, as well as SDGs goals and initiatives
- A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar/relevant role in B2B SaaS and/or Enterprise SolutionsTags
