Admin Assistant/ Receptionist

To provide for the department's overall reception & cashiering duties
**Key accountabilities**:
- Perform all recep related duties like answering phone calls, appointment scheduling etc
- Handle all enquiries regarding the provision of homecare services
- Liaise with patients & vendors regarding the sale and rental of equipment
- Handle all cashiering related matters for the department
- Handle all insurance related matters for the department
- Manage outpatient patient records
- Any other duties as assigned
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum O level
- Certificate in WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare (Admin Support) an advantage
- Experience in healthcare industry an advantage
