**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the end to end performance management cycle including managing the performance management system and providing timely progress report and updates to stakeholders
- In conjunction with Learning & Development Team, coordinate training and coaching programs to ramp up People Managers’ capabilities in the company.
- Coordinate with People Business Partners on the annual performance calibration meetings with stakeholders and support the facilitation of performance discussions with departments
- Support the development and communication of policies around promotion, internal mobility and job rotations
- Support career pathways mapping for critical roles by engaging stakeholders to gather inputs
- Support the development of Competency Framework and manage employees' competency assessments in conjunction with Learning & Development Team.
- Support the design and execution plan of Leadership Training Programs
- Coordinate with People Business Partners on the annual talent review process with stakeholders, support the facilitation of potential discussion, succession and workforce planning with departments
- Responsible for the maintenance of Talent materials, preparation, analysis and reporting of key metrics
- Supports high potential assessments and the engagement of key talents on individual development plans
- Coordinate key employee engagement/ org development activities such as the employee engagement survey and focus group engagement sessions, synthesize findings to produce written reports and presentation materials to key stakeholders
- Support the identification of potential Diversity, Equity & Inclusion gaps across People processes and coordinate initiatives and policy updates within the department to address them
- Recommend process improvements and provide functional support in improving Employee Experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably 4 years in talent management
- Experience in talent development projects, identifying needs, developing strategies and implementing talent and career development initiatives and programs
- Strong presentation and facilities skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable and demonstrate agility to thrive in a fast pace and evolving environment
- Good teamwork etiquette with ability to work and support team members.
- Good organisational, time management and prioritization skills
- Good problem solver skills and ability to think strategically and operationally
- Computer proficiency skills including MS Office Word and Excel are required. Knowledge of Human Resources Information System or Performance Management systems experience is preferred.
- Knowledge in SABA, Prosoft, Workday, Successfactors
