Job Overview Frazer Jones is exclusively partnering with a market-leading SaaS company in their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner . This role will be instrumental in supporting the company’s rapid expansion by hiring top-tier Go-To-Market (GTM), Technology talent across the Asia-Pacific region. It is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore (Compensation: 100k/annum). Key Responsibilities As the Talent Acquisition Partner , you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles across the region, with a stronger focus on GTM and Technology roles as a start. Leveraging your strong network of commercial talent across functions such as Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing , you will play a key role in building high-performing teams that drive revenue and market growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. As the first point of contact for many candidates, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. In a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you will also have the opportunity to support the Head of HR directly to contribute to broader TA and HR initiatives, including talent management, process improvements, recruitment analytics, and employer branding projects. Ideal Profile The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to hiring for commercial roles such as sales/business development. This role would be pegged to an Assistant Manager level. Experience in AI, SaaS, eCommerce or other high-growth tech environments is advantageous. You should be able to confidently articulate your track record and demonstrate your stakeholder management and communication skills.
