Overview Consultant - HR Executive Search - Commerce & Industry (SEA) Compensation : Base Salary up to SGD 100,000/annum Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading organisation focused on innovation and services in their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Singapore, offering the chance to join a dynamic and forward-thinking HR team. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. You will source, screen, and select top talent across functions, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You will build and maintain strong talent pipelines using traditional and innovative sourcing methods. As a trusted advisor to the business, you will provide market insights, guide hiring decisions, and ensure alignment with workforce planning objectives. You will also support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment campaigns and events that enhance the company’s visibility as an employer of choice. Ideal Profile The client is seeking a driven HR professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. You should be confident in managing multiple roles simultaneously, with strong influence over stakeholders and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
