**You are responsible for supporting the brand and hiring managers in strengthening People and Culture, by setting and implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to deliver high performing teams, drive continuous talent growth as well as acquiring right skills and competency - future proofing the business from a talent perspective. You contribute actively to employer branding, both internal and external, bringing to live our Employee Value Proposition and building a true sense of belonging among teams.**

Key responsibilities:_**
**_Attract, Recruit and Introduce_**
- Initiate, propose and take actions to make H&M an attractive employer, both internally and externally.
- Analyze future teams’ needs, in terms of skills and competency, establish an action plan to close gaps through meaningful collaboration with Country HRM as well as respective hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Implement and uphold a quality recruitment process for all positions, inline with global and local routines as well as labor legislation.
- Supports the development of people centricity in hiring managers by introducing the talent mindset - influencing managers through recruitment process and frequent conversation about talents.
- Network and maintain strong connections to talents, talents pools and talent agencies, through frequent chats and is up to date with insights on industry trends.

Collaborate, Manage and Develop_**
- You are the speaking partner to hiring managers and supports with acquiring right talent for the team as well as mapping future skills and competency needs.
You support the development of hiring managers in taking a wholistic view of their teams through influencing and catalytic actions - such as regular check ins on performance and development potentials, upskilling needs, disengagement and flight risk, general well being and psychological safety.
- Provide HR support and consultation to managers through coaching, training and advice that are aligned to H&M Brand’s culture and value as well as EVP.

Besides your personality we see that you have / are:_**
- Formal education and adequate work experience in HR / Talent / People growth related field.
- Experience in talent acquisition within retail setting in Sales, Support, and Store roles, as well as acquisition during change and transformation.
- Capable in identifying talent opportunities with hiring managers as well as developing on future needs and talent pipeline of teams.
- Ability to interact confidently, clearly and respectfully with stakeholders, influence and handle pushback in high pressure situation.
Excellent internal drive, results driven and willingness to learn and feed the organization with new insights.
- Effective and inspiring communicator, charismatic, clear and convincing - positively energetic and is not afraid to build relations on both a personal and group level.
- Influential and catalyst leader with experience in leading teams, self, as well as meaningful collaboration with key stakeholder.
- Experience working in an executional, cross functional role - collaborating with multiple teams across different geographies.
