Your purpose

Your role as the Talent Acquisition Partner will be focused on the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing and attraction, assessment and validation and managing the offer process, to ensure AAQUA meets its hiring targets.

You will have a focus on building out our Engineering and Safety & Integrity domain.

Your community

You will be a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, working closely with the entire Global People & Support Team as well as key internal stakeholders across the organisation.

Your focus

**Your contribution will include**:
Adhere to AAQUA Talent Acquisition philosophy; we do things differently and with a distinct ~HumanFirst mindset

Assist in building and executing our talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing

Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions

Conduct and manage recruitment and selection processes (CV screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)

Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events

Assist in creating monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics

Communicate regularly with People Team and Engineering leadership to get a clear view of hiring needs

Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

Your journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:
Previous working experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a Tech organisation

Excellent understanding of fill cycle recruitment processes

Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

Positive, “can do” attitude
