**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Recruitment**:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- **Web3 Talent Sourcing**:Identify top talent in the Web3, fintech, and blockchain sectors through creative sourcing strategies.
- **Employer Branding**:Collaborate with marketing to enhance our employer brand and position us as a top destination for Web3 professionals.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- **Market Insights**:Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Web3 ecosystem.
- **Compliance**:Ensure all hiring practices comply with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**:Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition, focused on tech or fintech hiring.
- **Expertise**:Proven ability to recruit for technical and non-technical roles in the tech, crypto, or fintech industries.
- **Networking**:Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem and familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, and other niche platforms.
- **Skills**:Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Adaptability**:Thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
