**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Co-creating with In-Market Human Resource Leadership team on key Recruitment Talent agenda priorities with key timelines and measures of success
- Ensure the formalization and accessibility of all Recruitment Policies are on UNA, include Referral Policy and Social Media Policy.
- Lead the development of a strategic approach to talent acquisition and career transition, ensuring diversity and inclusion are embedded in all talent strategies
- Develop a culture of innovation and continual improvement, focussed on effectiveness and efficiency
- Partner and engage with key stakeholders to build the Talent internal brand and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations
- Lead the function’s contribution to People and Culture business planning, budgets and risk management plans
- Oversee the development, implementation and continual improvement of best practice recruitment and career transition services
- Act as a thought leader, remaining abreast of current and emerging Talent related issues and trends
- Strategic workforce planning across business units in building predictive insight on current vacancies and development pipelining talent for future opportunities
- Co-piloting and facilitating internal talent mobility and succession plans
- Connect with Line Managers to effectively translate insights from different data points to guide the business on its talent strategy and wider business goals
- To ensure a holistic insight to data and evidence-base practice it is essential that you can leverage the insights from the external market and effectively communicate the value-adding data analysis to create tangible value for the organization
- Manage the E2E recruitment journey for executive C-suite vacancies
- Strategic yet innovative thought leader who can driver Unilever’s Future of Work -Gig economy
- Facilitate the transition from Full Time Employment (FTE) to Skill-based recruiting unlocking internal opportunities for development
- Optimization of recruitment cost per hire, such as sourcing channels as Be Resourceful and LinkedIn
- Central contact between thinking global and acting local in the customized adoption of global systems and procedures
- Ensure Recruitment Marketing techniques are defined and measurable to establish a unique employer value proposition and establish an influential sourcing to talent
- Conduct learning needs analysis and design recruitment programs in the upskilling of Unconscious Bias and Hiring Managers Licenses to Recruit both virtually and in-person
- Learning, unlearning and relearning in challenging old ways of thinking and bring in critical thinking to projects by having a strong understanding of the external environment
- Demonstrate excellent written skills through activities on social media platforms
- Presenting and building awareness of the Recruitment and iOps function at Corporate Inductions & Onboarding Talent Programs
- Part-taking in the Management of our Mentoring & Coaching programs
- Advocates, engage and inspire external talent about Unilever as an ideal employer of choice
- Collaborating with external preferred partners including ED&I associations, Universities, targeted Institutions
- Lead and manager 3rd party vendors relationship
- Ensure monthly audit, data integrity and compliance checks are adhered to as per the in-Markets local employment legislation
- Continuous upskilling in gather insight and market knowledge of local In-market country supporting (including but not exclusive current economic conditions, seasonal recruitment behaviour, competitor insight)
- Attend local In-market country companywide announcements (referred to as Town Halls)
- Maintain and provide commentary to weekly and monthly agreed service levels and targets
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of the In-Market Recruitment Talent activity (as per the global report
