KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Operations
- Develop a culture of innovation and continual improvement, focused on operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Partner with In-Market Human Resource Leadership team on key Recruitment Talent agenda priorities with key timelines and measures of success
- Lead the development of a strategic approach to talent acquisition and career transition, ensuring equity, diversity, and inclusion are embedded in all talent strategies
- Partner and engage with key stakeholders to build the Talent internal brand and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations
- Lead the function’s contribution to HR business planning, budgets and risk management plans
- Oversee the development, implementation and continual improvement of best practice recruitment and career transition services
- Co-pilot and facilitate internal talent mobility and succession plans
- Connect with Line Managers to effectively translate insights from different data points to guide the business on its talent strategy and wider business goals
- Strategic yet innovative thought leader who can driver Unilever’s Future of Work agenda
- Ensure monthly audit, data integrity and compliance checks are adhered to as per the in-Markets local employment legislation
- Continuous upskilling in gather insight and market knowledge of local In-market country supporting (including but not exclusive current economic conditions, seasonal recruitment behaviour, competitor insight)
- Maintain and provide commentary to weekly and monthly agreed service levels and targets
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting of the In-Market Recruitment Talent activity (as per the global reporting dashboard guidelines). In addition to commentary by function on market insight on recruitment activity and external market trends.

Projects
- Strategic workforce planning across business units in building predictive insight on current vacancies and development pipelining talent for future opportunities
- To ensure a holistic insight to data and evidence-base practice it is essential that you can leverage the insights from the external market and effectively communicate the value-adding data analysis to create tangible value for the organization
- Advocate, engage and inspire external talent about Unilever as an ideal employer of choice
- Collaborate with external preferred partners including ED&I associations, Universities, targeted Institutions
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience as Experienced Hires Talent Advisor and/or HRBP within a matrix organization
- Demonstrable recruitment experience ideally within an in-house matrix environment within a multi-national. Alternative experience in an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsource) capacity however those with an agency background will also be considered
- Confident communicator with a persuasive, credible and empathic personal style
- Collaborative team player
- Genuine interest in new technologies and tools and tech savvy
- Strong organisation skills as well as attention to detail and diligence
- Strong external network is a plus
