Singapore TEAMUP EVENT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Scope**:

- Event planning, design, and production within time limits
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective
- Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invite list, special guests, equipment, promotional material
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Obtain competitive quotes for various services and products needed for events
- Supervise vendor setup and activities during events to ensure adherence to standards
- Coordinate and manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and technical setup
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and stakeholders to assess event success and identify areas for improvement
- Generate post-event reports, including financial summaries and event performance analysis
- Undertake miscellaneous responsibilities that as per assigned by superior or management

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor of Degree in Creative multimedia/ Event Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in planning and executing events, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events
- Able to accomplish the event execution and completion either within tight budget or time constraints
- Willing to travel islandwide with own transportation arrangement
- 6 working days per week
