**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated **Events Executive **to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of events, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless operations. This position offers flexible working hours, the potential for attractive commissions on projects, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute events from start to finish.
- Manage client relationships, including facilitation and briefing.
- Oversee manpower management and training of facilitators.
- Handle logistics management and inventory control of all equipment and materials.
- Manage event-related administrative duties and documentation.
- Ensure smooth operations throughout each event.
- Work on weekends as needed depending on project requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Driven, hardworking, responsible, and meticulous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and people-oriented attitude.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines and targets.
- Goal-oriented individuals who take ownership and go the extra mile for projects.
