**The Opportunity**
The Managing Partner is accountable for the day to day profitable running of the business. This involves driving revenues with existing key client partners and potential new client partners. This role is also responsible for the overall profit margin for the country managing costs and overheads. The Managing Partner must be skilled at team leadership, performance management and must set the overall strategic direction of the agency and align it to resource and service capabilities.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Client Management Responsibilities
- Act as point of escalation on all client services issues from GADs/ADs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with key senior stakeholders, senior budget-holders and/or influencing clients and agencies, manage perceptions and expectations
- Support GAD's/ADs in coordinating quarterly (or at least six-monthly) strategic reviews with the client to ensure objectives are being met, issues raised and resolved and have visibility of workload
- Define workflow for existing and new business accounts working
Internal Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for managing all departments
- Manage resourcing to ensure full utilization at all times
- Build winning teams by mentoring team members, especially regarding, people, client and workload management
New Business & Business Development Responsibilities
- Lead strategic growth of new businesses
- Take ownership and lead new business opportunities
- Proactively identify and seek new revenue opportunities with existing clients
- Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
- Work with GAD's/ADs to build and maintain a client business development plan on an ongoing basis identifying specific opportunities and action required
Financial Responsibilities
- Overall budgeting and P&L responsibility for all businesses
- Agree workflows linked to activity based costing for all new accounts
- Ensure full compliance with all financial procedures and policies

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
