Partner Management Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Manage company partnerships and alliances for the growth of the company in terms of revenue.
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key focus partners.
- Document and track partners’ programs and tiering requirements
- Track and monitor partner program tiering requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders to maintain/upgrade partner tiering
- Work with internal teams to ensure Alliance/Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
- Assist in managing vendor portals, deal registration, rebate submission & claims tracking
- Assist to schedule meetings and enablement sessions with vendors for internal teams
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Assist in preparing and clearing of reseller agreements, NDAs, etc.
- Assist in managing 2nd & 3rd tier vendors
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree qualified
- At least 4 year experience in partner/vendor management or a closely related field.
- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- You possess good presentation, excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus
- Organized and focused to complete tasks, experience with Excel
