Partner Manager

As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for communication and coordination with CI&T's partners, driving the development of existing partnerships, and exploring new collaboration opportunities. We hope you can leverage your experience in the cloud computing field, particularly with AWS and Microsoft, to establish and maintain strong partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage communication and relationship maintenance with existing CI&T partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
Develop and expand new partnerships to support the company's business growth strategy.
Conduct regular meetings with partners to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure commitments and services to partners are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Monitor industry trends to identify potential collaboration opportunities and propose strategic recommendations.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive the implementation of partner projects.
Prepare and present various reports and proposals to management regarding partnership progress.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in partner management in the cloud computing sector (AWS and Microsoft) preferred.
Strong relationships with cloud service providers like AWS and Microsoft.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively establishing and maintaining relationships with various partners.
Outstanding project management skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong results orientation, maintaining a positive attitude and achieving goals under pressure.
