Job Description
As Managing Partner at Boostenx, you will shape the vision, growth strategy, and daily operations of the agency. This executive role combines leadership, business development, and operational oversight. You will guide teams, build trusted client relationships, and collaborate with other partners to drive sustainable business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic objectives, company policies, and growth initiatives
- Oversee all day-to-day agency functions, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency
- Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving acquisition and retention
- Mentor and empower cross-functional teams; champion talent development and recruitment
- Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions
- Monitor business performance metrics, initiate optimizations, and report to stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with client contracts, legal requirements, and partner agreements
- Represent Boostenx in external presentations, conferences, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years senior leadership experience in agency, marketing, or digital services environments
- Proven track record in business development, team leadership, and client management
- Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and executive decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Solid experience with budgeting, profitability management, and business forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, innovation, and positive organizational change
