**What you will do**

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities including AR, AP, GL and supporting the month end closing activities for our various entities. You will also assist in preparation of GST reporting and submission in Singapore.

**How you will do it**
- AR & AP processing for our Singapore business
- Initiate payments and record bank receipts and conduct bank reconciliation
- Responsible for staff claims processing
- Support admin and payroll processing
- Support preparation of accounting schedules for month end reconciliation
- Prepare quarterly GST return
- Contribute to statutory audit and tax filings of the group entities company
- Perform any other job duties as assigned

**What we look for**
- Accounting degree or other qualification e.g. ACCA, diploma etc.
- At least 3 years of relevant exposure with strong hands-on experience in AR, AP and GL function.
- Excellent attention to details and discipline.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with our international offices.
- Experience in using Xero would be a big plus
- Ideally available at short notice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
