**Chief Financial Officer, APAC
**Job Description:
As the CFO of APAC, you will orchestrate and implement the APAC financial strategy across all business segments. The CFO will work closely with the Business Leaders in establishing the financial strategy as well as with the regional and country commercial and finance leaders to implement it.
- Set the strategic direction for all aspects of the finance function
- Support the CEO and Regional Leaders in commercial analysis as a strong finance business partner, developing financial insights and analysis
- Develop and manage proposed business and strategic plans to maintain existing business and secure new opportunities regionally
- Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budgets in consultation with the CEO and senior leaders
- Ensure the company remains in line with tax regulations
- Supervision of the finance division and provide leadership for the team members

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated finance leadership experience in healthcare (pharmaceutical, medical equipment’s and life sciences) preferred
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities, improving efficiencies and guiding investment
- Skills in leading, inspiring and engaging people to produce high quality results
- An outstanding, enthusiastic relationship builder with high emotional intelligence
