Sales and Business Development Executive

An important part of company's structure, brainstorm and develop our online channels. Work closely as an all-rounder with our expanding team and initiate, execute your plannings on a certain budget. Curate exciting health & beauty journey with us
- Develop sales strategies and algorithmatic search rankings.
- Work with various team to align, market, increase awareness, revenue for our brand through all platforms.
- Execute strategies to increase conversions, sales and traffic.
- Make use of data to forcast of sales and PNL.
- Data entry, basic accounting, identify opportunities.
- Communicate and manage stakeholders.
- Analyse all DTC platforms and map strategies to stay ahead.
- Use of data analytics and 3rd party platform to gain a strong understanding of consumer psychology to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy.
- Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
- All other duties that require assistance.
**Requirements**:
- An all-rounder and hardworking attitude. Sales-driven mindset.
- Passionate in health and beauty.
- 1 year experience in sales/ marketing/ business/ ecommerce.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $1,957.83 - $5,681.55 per month
