**Job Description**:
United Logistics & Distribution is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Support Executive. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts within the freight and logistics sector, contributing to the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by assisting in the creation of sales strategies, presentations, and proposals for clients within the freight and logistics industry.

2. Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.

3. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and market information to assist in decision-making and strategy formulation.

4. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads, industry trends, and competitor analysis to aid the sales team in developing targeted approaches.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments such as operations, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous experience in sales support, preferably within _**the freight**_ and logistics industry, will be advantageous. minimum 2 years experience
- Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics operations, supply chain management, and freight forwarding concepts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Organization: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for managing data and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales support tools.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative to support the sales team's objectives.
