Job Summary

As a Sales Executive (Marine), you will play a key role in promoting and selling marine engineering solutions to shipowners, ship management companies, and fleet operators. You will build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore, offering excellent growth prospects in a reputable and expanding marine company.


Role Description – What You'll Do
  • Promote and sell marine equipment, spares, and service solutions to local and regional clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
  • Hunt,Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, fleet managers, and technical teams.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product pitches.
  • Attend customer visits, industry events, and exhibitions to represent the company.
  • Update sales activities and customer information using CRM platforms.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications – What You'll Bring
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Bonus if have good knowledge of marine equipment and systems is a plus (e.g., boilers, incinerators, IGG/IGS, nitrogen systems).
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Marine industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related discipline.
