**What's in it for you**:

- Drive the design and implementation of total rewards and benefits processes, policies, programs to meet the changing needs of the Business and People strategy
- Research best practices, monitor legal developments, evaluate emerging trends, keep appraised of technological advancements and conduct benchmark comparisons to ensure Lemmatree stays ahead of the market
- Champion employee survey (or pulse survey) process and advise leadership team based on the insights gathered to propose changes
- Facilitate wellness initiatives including exploring vendor markets, arranging and managing activities; manage post activity survey and analyze results to assess performance
- Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, insurers and other third-party vendors and effectively communicate organizational changes and benefits options
- Serve as the 1st point of contact for all employees across ventures about anything and everything related to rewards and benefits programs and policies
