Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Regional Compensation & Benefits Specialist**
**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate and support the annual people performance management and compensation (salary & bonus) review cycle for Asia Pacific region
- Review of job mapping and evaluation outcomes to ensure accuracy and consistency in the mapping process
- Participate in the review, design and implementation of C&B initiatives (e.g., incentives, job grading, salary bands) across the region and also providing analytical & advisory support
- Perform market benchmarking and competitiveness analysis
- Monitor effectiveness of key C&B programs and processes
- Respond to periodic and ad-hoc C&B related requests
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Role Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in HRM or Business Administration
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a C&B consulting or regional C&B capacity and managing global/regional C&B initiatives
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication & engagement skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficient use in Excel
