**Role Overview**:
In this role, you will manage, develop, and foster long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for retaining, servicing, and expanding key accounts, collaborating across the firm to provide comprehensive product and service solutions that meet clients' needs. You will build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrate effective organizational and leadership skills, and interact with global counterparts in other regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Singapore EB client relationship, understanding client needs and requirements.
- Support strategies to enable the team to deliver expected services.
- Participate in sales and business development activities to drive growth and expand client relationships.
- Lead client meetings, providing information about active renewals, status updates, and ad-hoc requests.
- Provide strategic and consulting advice to help clients make informed decisions and maintain sustainable plans.
- Execute clients' ongoing local/global benefit strategy, including benefit financing strategies through pooling, captives, and insurance programs.
- Ensure operations run effectively and efficiently, aligning with clients' expectations.
- Design, develop, and maintain client management tools for effective oversight of accounts.
- Monitor services provided to clients, ensuring alignment with centralized guidance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years working experience in Insurance/Broking Industry with a minimum of 2 years in Employee Benefits.
- Strong domain knowledge of Compensation & Benefit practices is an advantage (employee benefits, health care management, flexible benefits)
- Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Analytical, critical thinking, good interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Global mindset with experience in working with a team environment across borders.
- Certificates in General Insurance and/or Life & Health Insurance is required.
- Experienced in account management, preferably in employee benefits or risk management is a advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in global benefit financing strategies is a plus.
