Singapore Caldic Full time

This role will also support the Regional HR Director in generalist HR matters related to the regional team. This could include assembling/reviewing employment contracts or terms, managing regional team benefits and supporting on international mobility matters, etc.

**Key Responsibilities & Deliverables**

**_ Reward Strategy Implementation_**
- Support Regional Human Resources Director in implementing Caldic reward strategy for employees across Asia Pacific
- Monitor best practices and identify opportunities for future development and innovation in reward programmes (incentive plan design, pay levels and mix, career bands, local benefits)

**_ Variable Incentives Plans_**
- Directly manage process for all employees in the Region, working with country HR teams to facilitate timely setting of targets and pay-outs
- Ensure the effective implementation of the various incentive plans in the region
- Develop and roll out communications in relation to these incentive plans

**_ Merit Increase Process and compensation changes_**
- Manage merit increase process across the Region, ensuring roles & responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines & milestones are agreed and achieved.
- Develop tools/frameworks (and data-packs and ppts) to support the Regional / local HR teams in managing the Merit Increase review process in their Areas.
- Implement and manage global market benchmarking data and market data analysis, ensuring compensation is externally competitive and aligned with Caldic compensation philosophy.
- Review ad hoc requests for changes to compensation against market benchmark data and advise accordingly

**_ Job Evaluation & Career Framework_**
- Lead the Caldic-Connell HR integration project on job levelling harmonization
- Review requests for changes to job changes and do proper analysis

**_ HR Generalist matters for Regional team_**
- Assist to prepare and/or review offers for hires or changes to current employment terms
- Assist in requests for changes to employment terms or benefits for employees relocating to other countries
- Support Regional HR Director in HR generalist matters for the regional office

**Key Skillset and Experience**
- University Degree
- 5 - 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years of Comp & Benefits specialist experience and 2 years of HR generalist experience
- At least 2 years in a regional HR role
- Experience of working in a multi-national company
- Excellent excel skills

**Key Personal Attributes**
- Excellent analytical skills: e.g. data analysis; advanced excel; report analysis; able to draw conclusions and evaluate data/issues and give sound recommendations.
- Pro-active problem solver; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change
- Results orientated, self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize work, multi-tasking where necessary, in a highly demanding and ever changing environment
- The business language in Caldic is English, therefore fluency in English is essential
