Role overview:
Reporting to the Director of Sales Planning & Analysis in Singapore, this role will optimize and streamline sales planning in Asia for both hardware and software by implementing global way of working. He/she will maintain local relevance through good communication with global and local team as a representative of Asia, and drive sales planning and budget process by using analyses, logic, and intelligence which could be common language across Asia.

**Job Description**:
Sales Planning for Asia
- Drive Seihan process mainly for Asia, monitor sell-in and sell-thru in each market, and closely work with

SCM to manage PO appropriately
- Make forecast for new products & titles by using analyses, logic, and insights
- Plan for new products & titles introduction, end of life, special editions and bundles working with relevant

Sales & Marketing and Operation teams.
- Create and agree an allocation plan by territory by utilising market intelligence
- Challenge forecasts and improve accuracy across territories.
- Fix local pricing for all the products & titles.
- Support the development of IBP in each territory and communicate with Project team.

Sales Planning of HW & SW for South East Asia
- Share product related information with local team including SKU, pricing, release date, etc.
- Product registration in SAP
- Discuss and agree sales forecast with Commercial team

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting/Finance or Business-related disciplines.
- At least 12 years’ solid experience in sales planning & analysis, with at least 2 years in managerial or

supervising levels.
- Experience in developing an understanding of consumer, competitors, and retail trends.
- Strong sales and operations planning knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Proficiency in planning/reporting tools & MS Office: PPT, Excel (Advanced Level), and Word.
- Optimize business operations in Asia utilizing knowledge of local operations about Sales Planning,

Logistics, System (SAP), etc.
- Sales achievement against budget, while improving forecast accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with different stakeholders.
- The ability to act as a motivated, reliable, self-starter who uses initiative to work proactively.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail - precision, accuracy, and very good

attention to detail essential.
- Relationship builder, who can communicate at different levels of the organisation and business partners

effectively.
