**Business Development Sales Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the team to achieve monthly quota
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with clients
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Providing financial advice based on clients' financial and protection needs
- Providing recommendation to clients on wealth accumulation and legacy planning
- You will be a one point contact to your customer offering solutions on legacy and financial related planning.

**Job Requirements**:

- Job Experience: Financial Professionals, e.g Bankers, Traders, Financial Consultants preferred
- Financial Consultants wanting to upgrade to a different platform and expertise
- Preferably of good communication skills and the ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Location: Located at 8 Cross Street (right above Telok Ayer MRT station)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Financial: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CMFAS / Financial Qualifications (preferred)
