- We are seeking a highly motivated a Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be in a pleasant work culture environment, supporting clients, mainly from the APAC region and involved in providing “Green” solutions to international clienteles. You will also have the opportunity to learn more on Sustainability Reporting (ESG), Carbon Accounting, and Green Ship Recycling. This role supports the growth and expansion of the company and all business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the company’s objectives._
**Responsibilities**
- _Your primary responsibility is to lead, manage, train, and grow Metizoft Asia sales in Asia Pacific._
- _Preparation, developing and implementing action plans for the sales budget in Asia Pacific._
- _Secure order intake and sales volume and profit according to agreed targets in Metizoft Asia Pte Ltd._
- _Provide a sales forecast for the Asia Pacific Market. Preparation & implementation of action plans for Asia Pacific sales budget._

- _To build and work closely with our Sales Agent Network in Asia Pacific._
- _Preparation of Framework Agreement and contracts for the customer._
- _Securing customer relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction._
- _Maintain, improve & develop a portfolio of customers on basis of profitability._
- _Identify & propose services based upon customer requirements._
- _Constant upgrade on the knowledge for ESG compliance and all regulations pertaining to IMO. _
- _Prepare and Update customer database while managing risk & liabilities for all customers._
- _Develop and foster relations with other internal stakeholders._
- _Optimize the cooperation between sales in Singapore organization and APAC offices._
- _To attend exhibition, industrial dinner according to the needs of the company._

- A Bachelor in degree in Environmental/ Computer Engineering/ Sales/ Marketing/ Finance/ International Management combined with several years of Sales experience within an organisation in the marine industry._
- _Strong communication and negotiations skills_
- _Decisive, action-oriented with a strong commercial drive._
- _Capable of working independently and in a team._
- _Results and targets-oriented mind-set._
- _Excellent customer understanding Management & Leadership skills._
- _Willingness to travel._
- _Min. 3-5-year selling experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry with a proven track record of successful sales._
- _Good knowledge of within a service-minded organisation and knowledge of global sales processes._
- _You have experience in strategic planning and target setting._
- _Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT._
- _Good to have skills in PowerBI, Tableau and data visualization._
