As our Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving sales for our service, working with both individual customers and businesses looking for long-term vehicle solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide personalised consultations to retail customers, understanding their specific transportation needs and recommending suitable vehicle options and plans. Conduct test drives as needed.
- Guide customers and clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing and vehicle handover. Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
- Manage and meet monthly sales targets
- Establish and maintain a detailed and up-to-date CRM database with accurate information on interactions, preferences, and service history.
- Assist in preparing sales report
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Minimum two (2) years of proven sales experience
- Demonstrated success in closing sales deals and building strong client relationships, with tangible results and metrics to show performance
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Suite for managing customer data, sales activities, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and address customer objections effectively
- Driven and energetic team player who is meticulous and result-oriented
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing exceptional service
- Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- A valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license and comfortable driving various types of vehicles will be advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3, $5,000.00 per month
