Channel Management
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce business on various marketplaces and online stores (Amazon, Redmart, Lazada, Shopee, etc)
- Manage product listings by uploading of products, keeping product info. updated and optimising existing product listings according to platform requirements
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to drive visibility, traffic and GMV
Campaign Management
- Contribute to development and assist in executing e-commerce activities and marketing activities planned.
- Support promotional campaigns on various online platforms through submission of promotions, setting up of mechanics, updating of content (banners, copy).
- Develop and implement social media/EDM content calendar, by copywriting and collaborating with designer on the creatives
- Liaise with web development and digital marketing agencies in implementing social media ads, SEM, SEO.
- Manage and coordinate e-commerce campaigns by tracking activities between internal team and external agency to ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
- Identify opportunities and participate in the development of new initiatives or enhancements to maximize growth.
Operations
- Source for product information and images, liaise with designer on editing of product images
- Organise and maintain shared internal content database (product information and image library)
- Ensure stock availability and accuracy across platforms
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business including but not limited to order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries, marketing, and website enhancements
**Job Requirements**:
- Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only.
- Diploma or equivalent diploma in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Familiarity with Amazon/Redmart/Lazada/Shopee seller center and Shopify content management would be preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Creative with a flair for writing and sense of aesthetics
- Digitally savvy and a problem solver.
