Your new company My client, a fast-growing Asian Bank, is currently searching for a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (China Desk) to join their Singapore office. Your new role Your new role is to serve as the liaison between the bank and their customers, to establish a positive banking relationship with new and existing clients, and to serve their banking needs via the bank's products and services. Your job responsibilities include: Execute the overall success and growth of the Chinese clients' portfolio by deepening relationships with existing clients and through the acquisition of new customers Continually partner with clients in order to fully understand their businesses, strategies and challenges, to proactively recommend an effective variety of financial products and services to help the customers succeed Promote the cross-selling of banking products to the customers based on their banking needs, improve the wallet share with the clients, to accomplish the branch's growth targets Perform effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral; structure and complete suitable business loans/ services to the clients; and to follow-up on client maintenance work post disbursement What you'll need to succeed Degree holder with minimum 5 years of directly relevant working experience as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager with a portfolio of Chinese clients Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners Good experience in commercial credit underwriting skills Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation and influencing skills Must have a strong ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients What you'll get in return Join a fast-growing organisation Great remuneration package Exposure to many departments and career progression What you need to do now If you or someone you may know may be interested in this opportunity, please do contact me on the details below for more information or drop over an updated CV to my email at Nicholas.Liang@Hays.com.sg Alternatively, if this job opportunity is not relevant to you, feel free to share your updated CV to have a confidential discussion on the relevant openings based on your skill sets and expertise.
