As a Cash & Business Loans Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting key initiatives within Global Commercial Banking. How you succeed
You'll succeed by being proactive and inquisitive. Take ownership of assigned tasks, deliver quality analysis, and communicate insights clearly. Collaborate effectively with various teams, asking questions and embracing challenges. A successful intern will demonstrate a willingness to learn the SME banking landscape and identify opportunities to improve our offerings.
What you do
You will support the team with a variety of tasks, including:
- Market Research: Assist in analyzing product offerings and customer needs across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
- Data Analysis: Prepare reports and identify trends in portfolio data to support informed decision-making.
- Product Support: Contribute to the launch cycle of new products and campaigns for both cash management and business loans.
- Reporting & Automation: Enhance existing reports and automate processes to improve efficiency.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Eager to learn about the SME banking sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of data analytics principles.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
