What You Do

• Lead cash programmes from start to finish, driving growth while ensuring robust risk management and compliance.
• Design and implement digital transformations to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Analyse data to understand the banking needs of business owners, developing solutions tailored to their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance solutions and champion improvements to the cash product programme.
• Ensure all programmes adhere to regulatory, legal, and risk requirements.
• Track key metrics and continuously improve programmes based on performance data.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in product management, programme management, or a related role within the financial services industry.
• You demonstrate a strong understanding of cash management solutions and SME banking.
• You are data-driven, with the ability to analyse insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• You are a proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership.
