We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Digital Channels Manager.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Implement the strategic direction and engage stakeholders of Global Liquidity and Cash Management portfolio of electronic banking channels
- Support delivery of E-Commerce products, propositions and functionalities which are sufficiently flexible, scalable, simple and consistent enough to meet the needs of our global and local businesses
- Enable positioning of HSBC.net competitively as a leading provider of digital services
- Promote a clear vision for the Global Liquidity and Cash Management business that is aligned to the overall bank's vision, values and goals, and engage people to create an inclusive, high performing, customer centred culture
- Support the leadership team to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent to provide for succession and ensure delivery of business objectives
- Set expectations, share best practice and manage, monitor, coach and develop team leaders and others to ensure that they maximise their performance, meet the required standards, and continuously develop their capabilities and experience
- Support constructive cross country and cross business teamwork by demonstrating collaboration and matrix management in action and challenging actions and behaviours that are not consistent with the bank's diversity policy and or the best interests of the business and its customers
- Drive digital to replace paper or telephone, penetration targets and controlling costs
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- Transaction Banking Product Management experience required
- Working with virtual teams or cross border teams will be an advantage
- Experience in dealing with technology platforms
- Programme Delivery and process improvement is required
- Experience in managing e-commerce or digital platforms
- Exposure to dealing with Commercial Banking and Global Banking customers
- Experienced project or programme manager with relationship management skills and industry product specialist
- High level of business acumen and commercial awareness, together with a sound knowledge of the full range of transaction banking products commerce and e-commerce
- High level oral and written communication skills and presentation skills including public speaking
- Complex and analytical reasoning
- Technical and Computer skills
