What you do Your responsibilities will include: Process Improvement: Sales Process Analysis: Review existing sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance staff productivity. Collaboration with Leaders: Work closely with sales leaders to implement streamlined workflows. Customer Experience Enhancement: Customer Surveys: Conduct surveys to assess the customer experience during onboarding. CX Recommendations: Propose innovative solutions to improve the onboarding process and overall customer satisfaction. Market & Competitive Analysis: Competitor Research: Study the offerings of competitors in the cash management market. Opportunity Identification: Work with leaders to identify gaps and areas for potential growth. International Customer Insights: Cross-Cultural Research: Research the unique needs and behaviours of customers from different countries. Solution Development: Propose tailored customer solution packages based on your research findings. Performance Reporting: Scorecard Generation: Generate monthly performance scorecard reports, working with sales leaders to analyze productivity. Who you work with The Emerging Business team within Global Commercial Banking is dedicated to delivering innovative cash management solutions to a diverse range of clients. We are committed to continuous improvement and providing exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate with Sales Leaders, Product Managers, and Analysts. Who you are Open to learning and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
