What you do

You will support the team with a variety of tasks, including:

• Market Research: Assist in analyzing product offerings and customer needs across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
• Data Analysis: Prepare reports and identify trends in portfolio data to support informed decision-making.
• Product Support: Contribute to the launch cycle of new products and campaigns for both cash management and business loans.
• Reporting & Automation: Enhance existing reports and automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.

Who you are

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Eager to learn about the SME banking sector.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of data analytics principles.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
