What You Do Lead and manage cash programmes end-to-end to drive growth, while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and compliance. Design and execute the digital transformation of cash management programmes to deliver a seamless and delightful end-to-end user experience. Deeply understand the banking needs of business owners across industries-including those looking to buy, sell, or operate businesses-using data-driven insights to develop bold solutions that address pain points and drive adoption of OCBC solutions. Curate and deliver tailored solutions that support business owners through various stages of their business life cycle. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and enhance solution offerings and customer experience, championing change as the cash product programme evolves. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and risk requirements across all aspects of the cash programme. Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills to successfully roll out initiatives with clear metrics, measurable impact, and continuous improvement. You possess 5+ years of experience in product management, programme management, or a related role within the financial services industry. You demonstrate a strong understanding of cash management solutions and SME banking. You are data-driven, with the ability to analyse insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
